Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Video Player - Alpha app ("the App") operated by nimbark.ios.tech@gmail.com ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the App.

Use of the App

The App is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its functionality, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:

In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases for additional features or an ad-free experience. All in-app purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds. Payment processing is handled by the app store provider, and by making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the app store's terms and policies.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms in the App.
By continuing to use the App after modifications to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country or region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of your country or region.
